Yoga Class Offering

Classes taught by Gabbi Jane are offered at multiple locations around Philadelphia. 

Each class offering different types of dynamic movement in body. Though you can always count on connection to breath and a practice of embodiment in each and every session. Gabbi offers a unique blend of traditional yoga (asana), mixed with authentic, diverse flow, that allows you to become connected to each layer of your body. Each class will leave you feeling curious about the potential of possibilities within and around you. Come back home in your body and check out a class offering below!

FAQ

Do I need to have experience to come to class?

No, come as you are! No experience or flexibility needed. I offer modifications and will guide you through the whole practice. 

Can I take classes if I'm pregnant?

Yes but avoid heated classes. Let me know before class that you are pregnant so I can offer you proper modifications. Do avoid twist & close legged forward folds in class.

Are you certified to teach?

Yes. I am a 200 hr registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. I earned my certificate in 2021 through Yoga Chitta in Philadelphia, PA. I am also trauma informed and yin yoga teacher.

Which class is best for me to start with?

Depends on what you are looking for. There is no wrong or right class, just what is more or less aligned with you. Reach out to me directly for direction on where to start!
