Why I Believe in This Work

I was first introduced to the transformative power of hypnotherapy in 2021 during a pivotal moment in my personal journey. I found myself at a crossroads, navigating my battle with anxiety and perfectionism, unsure of how to move forward. After my first hypnotherapy session, I was completely in awe of the experience. Having been in and out of therapy throughout my life, I had never encountered a tool that created such lasting change in such a short amount of time. That one session sparked a profound shift within me, and I knew I had discovered something truly life-changing. From that moment, I became deeply devoted to learning more about this tool and making it accessible to my community.

As someone who has walked my own journey of uncovering limiting beliefs and stepping into alignment, I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative this work can be. Hypnotherapy taught me that so much of what holds us back isn’t who we truly are—it’s the stories we’ve absorbed along the way. These stories often stem from past experiences, conditioning, and beliefs that no longer serve us, yet they continue to shape our lives.

Rapid Transformational Therapy Single Session

A single hypnotherapy session is designed to provide focused support for a specific challenge, intention, or goal. By leveraging the science of neuroplasticity, RTT helps clients break free from limitations and create new, supportive mental pathways. Whether you're addressing an emotional block, a habit you'd like to change, or a desire to gain clarity, this session serves as a powerful starting point for transformation.

What’s included:

  • We begin with a consultation and intake process where I take the time to understand your unique story, challenges, and goals. This step allows me to tailor the session specifically to your needs. During this time, I’ll also explain the process of hypnosis, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel comfortable and ready to begin.

  • After our Intake, you’ll receive an Introduction to Hypnosis recording to help you ease into the process. One of the biggest hurdles when beginning this work is often the subconscious resistance to change. This recording is designed to help you feel safe, supported, and welcomed to change, gently preparing your mind for deeper transformation.

  • The hypnotherapy session itself is a deeply relaxing and transformative experience. This sesssion can be anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 ½ hours long. I’ll guide you into a state of hypnosis, where your subconscious mind becomes more accessible. In this state, we’ll explore and uncover the root causes of the challenge you’re facing, working to reframe limiting beliefs or patterns at their source. With gentle guidance, I’ll help you release what no longer serves you and replace it with positive, empowering suggestions that align with your goals.

    To deepen the experience, I incorporate sound bowls and other healing instruments during the session. The vibrational frequencies of the sound tools help you relax further, harmonize your energy, and open the subconscious mind more fully. This combination of sound healing and hypnosis creates a multi-dimensional experience that supports profound transformation.

  • After our session, you’ll receive a personalized hypnosis recording for you to listen to daily for the next 21 days. This recording is a key part of the process, as it reinforces the changes we initiate during the session and helps solidify new, empowering beliefs. Listening daily allows the mind to fully integrate and embody these shifts into your everyday life.

  • After your session you’ll also receive affirmations, journal prompts, and the opportunity to add on 45 min clarity calls, which will support you along your 21 day transformation.

    After the 21-day period, I’ll check in with you to discuss your progress, address any questions, and explore whether additional support or follow-up sessions would be beneficial.

Subconscious Shift - 10 Week Program

The Subconscious Shift Program is a 10-week journey of deep transformation, blending scientifically backed methodologies with holistic practices to create lasting change. Grounded in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), developed by Marisa Peer, the program uses hypnosis to access and rewire the subconscious mind—unlocking deep-seated beliefs and patterns to pave the way for empowerment and clarity. By leveraging the science of neuroplasticity, RTT helps clients break free from limitations and create new, supportive mental pathways.

To amplify this transformation, Tibetan Sound Baths introduce the healing power of sound. Vibrational frequencies work at an energetic level to calm the nervous system, enhance emotional release, and restore inner harmony. This practice not only soothes but also aligns the body’s energetic field, making space for profound integration.

Recognizing that the body holds onto past experiences, the program incorporates movement and somatic practices to address stored trauma and foster embodied awareness. Through intentional movement, clients reconnect with their physical selves, anchoring new patterns and enhancing emotional resilience.

In parallel, Transformational Coaching provides conscious tools to align thoughts, emotions, and actions with the client's goals. This element of the program bridges subconscious transformation with deliberate, conscious creation, ensuring that breakthroughs achieved in hypnotherapy are reinforced and translated into meaningful, sustainable change.

What’s Included:

  • The journey begins with a consultation to explore your goals and challenges, creating a safe space for transformation to unfold. You’ll be introduced to hypnosis and receive a “Welcoming Change” recording to help your mind and body prepare for the work ahead. This recording is designed to open the door to transformation by easing resistance and fostering trust in the process. This first week includes a 1-hour Zoom session to set the foundation for your journey.

  • In this intensive 2 hour live hypnotherapy session, we’ll dive deep into your subconscious to uncover and release limiting beliefs and ingrained patterns that are holding you back. This session is transformative, creating breakthroughs that you’ll reinforce with a personalized 21-day recording to listen to daily.

  • Reflect on the shifts and breakthroughs from your first hypnotherapy session during a 45-minute Zoom check-in. This week focuses on gaining clarity about your transformation and engaging in a guided hypnosis visualization practice to deepen your connection with the subconscious.

  • This week is about anchoring into your new beliefs and releasing tension. A 45-minute Zoom session will offer additional space to address emerging emotions or blocks as you continue to grow. Through breathwork and journaling, you’ll work to align with the changes you’re creating.

  • In your second live hypnotherapy session, we’ll go deeper into the layers of your subconscious to identify and release additional limiting beliefs. This session is all about creating space for new possibilities, unlocking clarity, and empowering further growth. You’ll receive an updated 21-day recording to align with new insights and continue integrating your progress.

  • Grounding and integration are the focus this week. During a 45-minute Zoom session, we’ll reflect on how your second hypnotherapy session has impacted your daily life. Together, we’ll explore routines, self-care practices, and rituals that support holistic health and long-term transformation.

  • This week focuses on the powerful connection between the mind and body through somatic practices and movement. Often, transformation begins in the subconscious but needs to be integrated through the body to create lasting change. In a 75 minute session, we will invite Movement to release stored tension, process emotions, and anchor into the new beliefs and patterns we’ve cultivated throughout the program.

  • Take time to reflect on your journey so far and celebrate your wins. During a Zoom check-in, we’ll explore the shifts and progress made so far. Closing with a hypnotic visualization meditation to prepare for the final integration session.

  • Just like tuning an instrument, this phase is about fine-tuning the shifts you’ve made so they harmonize with your true self and become a natural part of your life.

    In your final live session, we’ll focus on fully integrating the changes you’ve made throughout the program. Relax into a hypnotic mindset reprogramming sound bath to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to embody your transformation fully.

    This stage is where transformation goes from being a process to becoming a way of life, as you step into alignment with the version of yourself you’ve been working toward. It’s about listening to the inner and outer “frequencies” of your life and attuning them to the harmony of your newfound potential.

    You’ll also receive your final 21-day recording to anchor these shifts into your daily life.

  • We’ll close your journey with a reflection and celebration of your transformation. During this session, we’ll discuss long-term strategies for maintaining growth, we’ll talk about next steps for your goals, and engage in a closing visualization meditation to set powerful intentions for the next chapter of your life. You’ll continue to listen to your transformational recording for the next two weeks.

    At the end of the program you will receive a personalized program recap that highlights your journey, celebrates your growth, and provides a clear roadmap for sustaining your transformation. This recap will summarize the key breakthroughs and milestones from each session, along with recurring themes and insights you’ve uncovered.   • Contrary to popular myths, hypnosis doesn’t involve giving up control. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, where you remain fully aware and in control of your actions. While in this state, you're more open to positive suggestions, which can facilitate change in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. However, you cannot be made to do anything against your will or ethical beliefs. Your participation is voluntary, and you can choose to accept or reject any suggestions provided during the session. This collaborative process ensures that you are an active participant in your therapeutic journey, maintaining autonomy and control throughout.

  • Wear comfortable clothing, and ensure you’re in a quiet, distraction-free environment if the session is virtual. Avoid caffeine or heavy meals beforehand, as these can interfere with relaxation.
