We’ll begin with gentle, free movement to invite presence into the body and release stagnant energy. Through intentional breathing and a soothing mantra, we’ll center ourselves in a state of calm. A guided meditation will lead us to radiate peace from our hearts into the world, and reflective journaling will help anchor this practice in our lives.
